Our Team

Tam brings over 17 years of experience in humanities and socio-cultural development, with a broad background spanning business development, venture building, and environment. Her expertise includes green growth, circular economy strategies, R&D, consultancy, and program implementation focused on waste management and the plastic value chain. Additionally, Tam has led education and training initiatives in EHS, entrepreneurship, and digital skills within the local waste sector, alongside experience with EPR, plastic recycling, and plastic credits. Her work extends into philanthropy with various INGOs.

Tam holds a Bachelor’s degree in British Literature and Linguistics and has pursued further education through a partial master’s program in English Pedagogy and courses in leadership, copywriting, press and media, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and Circo T2T. Before founding Yunus Environment Hub Vietnam, she served as Deputy CEO and Project Manager at the Loreto Vietnam Australia Program and was the Country Manager for XUAN – Les enfants de l’avenir.
