Advancing Social Business Solutions towards a Sustainable Future

Circular Economy

We support the transformation from linear to circular economy. A circular economy is based on the principles of designing out waste and pollution, keeping products and materials in use, and regenerating natural systems. Our solutions are based on the 7 R’s Rethink, Reduce, Re-use, Repair, Refurbish, Recover and Recycle.

Just Transition

We advocate for a green economy and a just transition, promoting sustainable practices and ensuring that the shift towards sustainability benefits all members of society and leaves no one behind.

Waste Management

We are dedicated to advancing zero waste practices by promoting Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and responsible waste management, emphasizing closed-loop recycling and circular business models to minimize environmental impact. Our initiatives include conducting feasibility studies and implementing programs focused on waste prevention, reduction, Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSWM), Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), and plastic recycling.

Gender Equality &
Social Inclusivity

We hold Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) as our core values, guided by one of the seven principles in the concept of Social Business defined by Professor Yunus: “Gender-sensitive and environmentally conscious”. Our initiatives promote gender equality and support vulnerable and marginalised groups, reinforced by our membership in the GESI Task Force of the Vietnam National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP).

Women & Youth Empowerment

We offer training, coaching, mentorship, and resources to empower women and youth as leaders and active participants in our programs and the broader social business movement, with a commitment to involving at least 30% women in our initiatives.

Informal Waste Sector

We recognize the critical role of waste pickers in addressing the waste crisis and lead capacity enhancement programs that support the informal sector with training in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), digital literacy, and entrepreneurship. Our efforts focus on waste management, plastic pollution, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and promoting Just Transition within the circular economy, involving the informal waste sector.

A new world can be created, one which empowers every human being and leaves a liveable planet behind for future generations.
